Q: What is the typical production lead time?
A: Standard models are usually ready in 15–25 working days. Custom-configured or OEM machines take about 30–45 working days depending on options and volume.

Q: Do you provide installation and operator training?
A: Yes. We supply English manuals and wiring diagrams, and can dispatch an engineer for on-site installation and training, or guide your team by video. Free lifetime remote technical support is included.

Q: What voltage and power do the machines require?
A: Machines are built for 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz as standard, and can be customized to 220V / 60Hz or your local industrial supply.

Q: How are the machines packaged and shipped?
A: Each machine is wrapped in anti-rust film and packed in a reinforced export wooden crate (In case LCL shipment or customer require), then shipped by sea — LCL or full container — to your nearest port. We arrange global delivery to the destination port.

Q: What warranty and after-sales do you offer?
A: All panel machines carry a 12-month warranty with lifetime technical support and a long-term spare-parts supply. CE-certified models are available on request.
