The LZJ-F45B is a 45-degree bevel (oblique) automatic edge banding machine. It is designed to apply edge banding along both straight edges and 45-degree bevel edges in a single pass, enabling the “invisible handle” / handle-free cabinet door effect widely used in modern custom furniture.
Equipped with dual pre-milling (bevel + straight), dual gluing (bevel + straight), oblique & straight pressing, edge-band slotting and lamp preheating, the F45B integrates thirteen processing stations into one 6.5-meter line, making it suitable for shops that need both standard straight-edge and premium bevel-edge banding without two separate machines.

Pre-milling Device:
Adopts double-knife pre-milling, making the panel smoother and the edge banding more adherent
Shredding Device：
The bevel saw mainly cuts the straight-edged panel into a 45° panel plane and directly mills it into a 45° bevel surface, requiring no additional processing;
45° Bevel Glue Pot：
The function of bevel gluing is to heat and melt the hot-melt adhesive when edge banding the bevel, and apply the melted glue onto the board surface to be edge-banded;
Straight-edge Top Glue Pot：
The straight edge adopts a top-mounted glue pot for gluing, with fine texture; the structure greatly reduces glue leakage and glue-line phenomena, the mechanism is stable, heating and gluing are stable, and cleaning and maintenance are convenient.
Grooving Function：
Directly grooves the position on the edge band, thereby achieving higher precision
Bevel and Straight Pressing Device：
High-precision bevel press wheel presses the edge banding, making the edge band flatter and more efficient
Trimming Device：
The bevel trimming mechanism cuts off the excess edge band protruding from the upper and lower surfaces of the board on the upper and lower sides of the bevel edge band, making the upper and lower edges of the edge band flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the board
End Cutting Device：
Through the movement of a precision linear guide rail, the head and tail edge band of the workpiece is cut off to ensure a flat and smooth cut surface;
Scrapping Device：
Remove the tool marks on the surface of the edge band after trimming, and scrape off the excess glue between the edge band and the board;
Buffing Device：
Use a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed board, making the board cleaner and smoother after edge banding;
Automatic Pressure Beam Positioning Device：

- Corner rounding — rounds the two ends of the edge for safety and appearance.
- Scraping — scrapes the trimmed edge to remove residual glue lines.
- Buffing — polishes the edge to a clean, glossy finish.
