1.3×3 drill axis configuration: equipped with three sets of independent drill bits, each set contains 3 spindles (9 drill bits in total), which can process 9 holes at the same time – including 3 hinge head holes (usually 35mm in diameter) and 6 assembly screw holes (smaller diameter), and complete all hinge hole processing of a single door in one positioning.
2. Differentiated drill bit size: The diameter of the middle drill bit is larger than that of the two sides, which meets the different specifications of hinge head holes and screw holes.
3. Step drive: Through the gear linkage system, a single motor can drive the three drill bits in the same group to operate synchronously to ensure the consistency of hole positions.
4. Batch processing: All hinge holes (9 holes) of a door can be completed in one positioning, which is 3 times more efficient than single-head equipment (only 3 holes at a time).
