The Leabon PV-3013D is a 3000 x 1300 mm dual-station lamination vacuum press with a fixed worktable and a heating box that travels left and right. It is the lighter 2300 kg member of the 3013 range: infrared rapid heating brings the platen up to temperature quickly, a 2.2 kW pump delivers 100 m³/h through an oversized vacuum tank, and two automatic film cutters finish every cycle without manual trimming.
How the PV-3013D works
The panel is placed on the fixed table and covered with PVC, PETG or transfer film. The heating box moves over the station, main and auxiliary infrared heaters warm film and board together, and the vacuum pump draws the softened film down over the profile. When the cycle ends the film is cut automatically and the heating box travels to the other station, so loading and pressing never compete for the same minute.
Key features
- Infrared rapid heating. Main and auxiliary heaters are synchronised, so the board and the film reach working temperature together and the edge wrap closes evenly on every panel.
- Aerogel insulation layer. High thermal resistance with fire resistance, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency by more than 30%.
- Automatic frame pressing system. The frame closes without manual intervention, which shortens the cycle and makes the result independent of the operator.
- Two automatic film cutters. Film is cut at the end of every cycle, saving manual trimming time and reducing waste.
- Two PVC correction devices. Both film rolls are held on track while being pulled, so the sheet does not drift and manual straightening is no longer needed.
- High-speed vacuum with large tank. A 2.2 kW pump rated at 100 m³/h fills a large vacuum tank, so the set pressure is reached quickly and the forming stage is short.
- Variable-frequency drive. Speed-controlled travel of the heating box prevents the panel from shifting and shortens the move between stations.
- PLC with touch screen. Low and high pressure modes with stored parameters for films of different ductility, plus fault alarms for preventive maintenance.
Applications
Base function: high-end PVC, PETG and transfer film on door panel surfaces. With a silicone membrane fitted, leather, wall cloth and wood veneer can also be pressed. Typical products are interior doors, wardrobe and swing doors, bathroom cabinet doors, computer desks and office furniture panels, up to 80 mm processing height.

Why buyers choose this model
The PV-3013D keeps the parts that decide quality – synchronised infrared heating, the aerogel layer, automatic frame pressing and the automatic cutters – and drops the extras that only pay off at very high output. The result is a 2300 kg machine with a 42 kW connected load and an average draw of about 8 kWh, which is a sensible entry point for a plant moving from manual wrapping to vacuum lamination.
Because the worktable is fixed and only the heating box moves, a second or third table can be added later without replacing the machine, so capacity can grow with the order book instead of in one large step.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions buyers ask about the PV-3013D before confirming an order.
- Is the PV-3013D suitable for a small factory?
- Yes. It is the lighter and lower-cost model in the 3013 range, with the same 3000 x 1300 mm table and 80 mm processing height, and it draws about 8 kWh on average in production.
- What is the difference from the PV-3013E?
- The E version uses a 3.0 kW vacuum pump instead of 2.2 kW, adds two cooling fans and a heavier 3000 kg frame. The D version reaches the same working vacuum and is the more economical choice where the heaviest panels are not being run.
- Can I add more worktables later?
- Yes. The table is fixed and only the heating box travels, so additional stations of different sizes can be added as output grows.
- Which materials can be pressed?
- PVC, PETG and transfer film as standard. With a silicone membrane fitted, leather, wall cloth and wood veneer can also be laminated.
- What maintenance does it need?
- Routine checks are the vacuum filter, the air filter and the film cutting blade. The PLC raises a fault alarm before a component failure stops production.
