The Leabon PV-3013E is a 3000 x 1300 mm dual-station lamination vacuum press for door and panel manufacturers who need short cycles and consistent edge quality. The worktables are fixed and the heating box travels left and right between them, so one station can be loaded while the other is pressing. Main and auxiliary infrared heaters come up together, and an aerogel insulation layer keeps the heat where it belongs.
How the PV-3013E works
PVC or PETG film is clamped over the panel, the heating box moves into position and softens the film from above while the lower heater warms the board. A 3.0 kW vacuum pump with an oversized vacuum tank pulls 100 m³/h, so the set pressure is reached quickly and the film is drawn down before it cools. Two cooling fans then bring the panel back to shape fast, which is what limits deformation on thin doors.
Key features
- Synchronised infrared heating. Main and auxiliary heaters run together, so board and film reach temperature at the same time and the wrap at the edge closes evenly.
- Aerogel insulation layer. Very low thermal conductivity plus fire resistance, cutting heat loss and raising energy efficiency by more than 30% compared with a conventional insulated hood.
- Automatic frame pressing system. The clamping frame closes by itself, removing a manual step from every cycle and making the result independent of the operator.
- Two automatic film cutters. Film is cut automatically at the end of the cycle, which saves manual trimming time and reduces film waste.
- Two PVC correction devices. The film roll is held on track while it is pulled, so the sheet does not drift sideways and manual straightening is no longer needed.
- 3.0 kW high-speed vacuum pump. 100 m³/h pumping speed with a large vacuum tank brings the table to working vacuum in seconds, shortening the forming stage of every cycle.
- Variable-frequency drive. The run motors are speed-controlled so the heating box accelerates and stops smoothly, preventing the panel from shifting on the table.
- Two cooling fans. Forced cooling sets the panel before it leaves the table and reduces warping on thin or large doors.
Multifunctional operation
- Dual station with a travelling heating box. The table stays fixed, so several tables of different sizes can be served by one heating box as output grows.
- PLC multi-mode control. Low and high pressure modes with stored parameters for films of different ductility, plus fault alarms that flag a problem before it becomes a stoppage.
- Wide and narrow film on one table. The worktable accepts both 1400 mm and 1250 mm film without being changed, which cuts material cost and widens the order range a single machine can take.
- One-click operation. The HMI is designed so a worker with no previous experience can run the machine, which lowers the training and labour cost of the line.
Applications
Base function: high-end PVC, PETG and transfer film on door panel surfaces. With a silicone membrane fitted, the same machine also covers leather, wall cloth and wood veneer. Typical products are interior doors, wardrobe doors, swing doors, bathroom cabinet doors, computer desks and office furniture panels.

Why buyers choose this model
The PV-3013E sits at the top of the 3013 range because of three upgrades that all shorten the cycle: the 3.0 kW pump fills the vacuum tank faster, the cooling fans set the panel before it is unloaded, and the correction devices keep the film roll from drifting. Together they raise output per shift without adding operators, and the aerogel layer keeps the extra heating power from turning into extra electricity cost.
The 80 mm processing height covers standard 18 mm doors as well as thicker profiled and hollow-core constructions, and the wide/narrow film capability means one table can run both 1250 mm and 1400 mm rolls.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the PV-3013E before a quotation is issued.
- What is the difference between the PV-3013E and the PV-3013D?
- Both are 3000 mm dual-station presses with infrared heating. The E version adds a 3.0 kW vacuum pump, two cooling fans, a heavier 3000 kg frame and a higher auxiliary heating capacity, which shortens the cycle on thick and large panels.
- Can it run 1250 mm and 1400 mm film without changing the table?
- Yes. The worktable is a wide and narrow film universal design, so both roll widths run on the same table.
- How thick can the panel be?
- Up to 80 mm processing height, which covers standard cabinet doors as well as profiled and hollow-core doors.
- Does it need a compressed air supply?
- Yes, 0.6 MPa at the machine inlet. The pneumatic film cutters and the automatic frame pressing system both run on shop air.
- Is a silicone membrane included for veneer work?
- The base machine laminates PVC, PETG and transfer film. A silicone membrane is fitted when leather, wall cloth or wood veneer is to be pressed, and can be quoted with the machine.
