The Leabon TM-3200G is a dual-station lamination vacuum press built for factories that laminate door panels and furniture panels at volume. It combines positive pressure and negative pressure in one cycle: the membrane is pulled down by vacuum and then pushed onto the workpiece by compressed air at 0.4-0.5 MPa, which is roughly 200 tonnes of bonding force. The result is a tight, bubble-free bond even on carved and profile-milled surfaces.
How the TM-3200G works
Panels are loaded on one of the two fixed worktables while the other station is pressing, so the heating box never waits. Oil-electric hybrid heating warms both the upper and the lower platen at the same time, and the thermal oil circulates inside the platen to keep the whole table within +/-1 degC. Bottom auxiliary heating is what makes the difference at the edge: the film softens right at the wrap, so the radius closes cleanly instead of lifting.
Key features
- Oil-electric hybrid dual heating. Synchronised top and bottom heating through internally circulated thermal oil, +/-1 degC uniformity. Around 40% more energy-efficient than conventional electric heating, saving more than CNY 10,000 a year on an eight-hour shift.
- Welded-free manganese steel frame. The main frame is gantry-milled from manganese steel plate without welding, giving the rigidity to take 500 tonnes of compressive load without deflection.
- High-flow hydraulic system. Fast acceleration and stable holding pressure shorten the press cycle and keep repeatability from the first panel to the last.
- Dual station, alternating operation. Left and right tables work in turn, and variable-frequency drive on the run motors prevents the panel from shifting when the heating box travels.
- PLC with touch-screen HMI. Four functional modes can be switched in one click, with multi-parameter presets for different films and board materials.
- Two automatic film cutters. Film is cut at the end of every cycle without manual trimming, which removes a slow manual step and cuts film waste.
- Industrial electrical package. Schneider, Omron and Delixi components with high-temperature-resistant heating cable, wired for continuous three-shift operation.
Four working modes
- Full film on complex shapes. Carved door panels, French door panels and handle-free doors are wrapped with high-precision film, including deep lines, without bubbles or wrinkles.
- Semi-film for small batches. Single-sided door cores and small parts use only the film they need, which suits replenishment orders and short runs.
- Multi-material full film. Floating, composite and matte films are matched automatically by pressure and temperature, so one machine handles materials with very different softening behaviour.
- High-gloss silicone-free overlay. With the centre clamping frame removed, the press delivers a mirror-flat high-gloss surface on silicone-free panels.
Applications
The TM-3200G laminates PVC, PETG, transfer film, leather, wall cloth and wood veneer onto MDF, plywood and particle board. Typical products are kitchen cabinet doors, wardrobe and swing doors, bathroom cabinet doors, computer desks, office furniture and high-end home furniture panels.

Why buyers choose this model
Most vacuum presses in this class heat with electric elements only. The TM-3200G heats with oil and electricity together, which is why it can hold +/-1 degC on a 3 m table and still cut power consumption by around 40%. For a plant running two shifts, that difference pays for the upgrade within the first two years, and the bottom heating shows up directly in the edge-wrap quality of every door.
Two table lengths are offered so the machine can be matched to the panel size actually being run: 2580 mm for standard cabinet doors, 3000 mm for full-height wardrobe and interior doors. The automatic feeding rack is available as an option when the line needs to run with fewer operators.
Frequently Asked Questions
The answers below cover the points buyers usually ask about before ordering a TM-3200G.
- What is the difference between positive and negative pressure on this press?
- Vacuum (negative pressure) pulls the membrane down around the profile, then compressed air (positive pressure, 0.4-0.5 MPa) pushes the membrane onto the panel. The combination produces about 200 tonnes of bonding force, which is why deep carved profiles can be wrapped without bubbles.
- Can the TM-3200G wrap carved door panels?
- Yes. Full film coating on complex shapes is one of the four standard modes, and it covers carved doors, French door panels and handle-free doors.
- Which films can I run?
- PVC, PETG, transfer film, leather, wall cloth and wood veneer. Each material is stored as its own preset in the PLC, so switching between them does not require re-tuning.
- How much power does it actually draw?
- Average consumption is about 10 kWh in production, against a connected load of 47 kW or 56 kW depending on table length.
- What is the lead time and warranty?
- Standard lead time is confirmed at order. Every machine is commissioned with a full test lamination before shipment and carries a one-year warranty on the main components.
